From the 29th August 2025, the USA will remove its de-minimis threshold.
The U.S. government eliminated the de minimis threshold for all countries, making the rule apply regardless of country of origin. That means every shipment — regardless of value or origin — will now go through formal or informal customs entry and be assessed import duties, taxes, and fees.
We use DPD, Royal Mail.
At DPD, they ready to help recipient pay these additional fees. With DPD, the payment link is sent before the shipment leaves the UK, ensuring your recipient has time to make payment in advance. Once payment is received the shipment will be exported and forwarded for delivery to the USA.
How it works with DPD

We book and confirm your order to the USA.

A secure payment link is emailed directly to the receiver (using the address you enter in the “Receiver Email” field).

The parcel is collected and held securely for up to 5 days while awaiting payment.

Once payment is made, the parcel clears customs and continues on its way to the USA.
How it works with Royal Mail

We book and confirm your order to the USA. We pre-paid the custom fee and £0.50 handling fee on Royal Mail Portal for you.

A secure payment link for custom fee from Misora is emailed directly to the receiver (using the address you enter in the “Receiver Email” field).

Once payment is made, we will send the parcel to continues on its way to the USA.
*For EU customers: all orders under £120 or €120 euros are free from customs fees.
