Returns and Refund

We do not offer returns for international orders. 

If you have changed your mind or unhappy with your purchase, just send us an email at inquiries@misora.co.uk with your order number. Please return it in its original packaging and unopened, unused with proof of purchase within 7 days and we will exchange or refund it, excluding the delivery cost. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the order.

Unless faulty, matcha and cosmetics parcels/ products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

For matcha, sweets and food products, since it's categories as food consumptions, once it left our tea bar, we do not offer refund. Please check carefully for the matcha powder type. 

If your package arrives damaged or defective, please email inquiries@misora.co.uk within 14 days of purchase with supporting pictures attached. Only replacements are sent in case of damaged/defective items.

Policy on wrong addresses and returned parcels

If a wrong or incomplete delivery address is entered during order process, we are not responsible for the lost parcels. If the parcels is return back to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges for the delivery. If you want a refund for this returned order, a ship charge will be deducted. 

Cancellations

Please email us at inquiries@misora.co.uk with your order number in order to cancel your order. Please note we can only cancel your order if it is not yet shipped out.
