This is a one-of-a-kind clock made of luxurious solid wood.
The dial with a design of a hedgehog's back is made of Japanese walnut wood with gentle grain and carefully finished with safe vegetable oil.
The expressive milk tea-colored grain of the wood will soothe your heart every time you look at it or touch it.
The expression changes with the grain of the wood, and it is also a delight to see the antique flavor develop as it ages.

The face and body of the hedgehog are made of hard maple, a high-grade furniture material.
The position of the dial and spikes were slightly shifted and colored with dark brown water-based paint to express three-dimensionality and reality.

In addition, a black walnut backboard was added to this renewed version.
The backboard adds thickness and a sense of luxury, and by slightly shifting the spikes on the backboard, we think we were able to create an even more hedgehog-like effect.

The dial has also been improved by laser-engraving large numerals to make them easier to read.
Note the triangular shape of the 10 o'clock, 11 o'clock, and other letters, which represent the spines of a hedgehog.

The movement is by the trusted Seiko company.
It is a sweep type with no ticking sound, so you can use it in your bedroom.
