Okumidori is a Japanese tea cultivar known for its vibrant green leaves and rich umami flavor. It's often used in the production of high-quality sencha and gyokuro teas.

Kagoshima Chiran Okumidori- Characterized by a sweet aroma, rich flavour also known as natural gyokuro, is made into a triangular tea bag. It can be used for both cold brew and hot water brewing.

Chiran Sencha refers to a Sencha plant grown in the Chiran region of Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. It is a high-grade tea cultivated using the highest rated cultivars such as Yabukita, Yutakamidori, and Asatsuyu.

The ingredients for Gyokuro ( also Matcha) are cultivated using a covered farming method where the tea fields are temporarily shielded before harvest. this suppressed growth and concentrates the tea's flavour.

In the traditional way of brewing Gyokuro, you enjoy the intensified umami and sweetness by stepping the tea with water cooled to around 50°C for about 2 minutes.

Enjoy the fragrance tea flavour, sweet aroma of Okumidori from ISASHIEN. Have a sip whenever you want to relax your mind.
