Description:

A premium roasted green tea cultivated in Japan that has multiple health benefits and contains much less caffeine than normal green tea.

Hojicha is made by roasting green tea leaves (the same tea leaves as green tea) with strong heat. The roasting process makes this tea acquire a distinctive light brown colour and a special roasting aroma which you cannot feel with other kinds of tea.

Instructions:

Each tea bag can brew up to two cups of green tea.

Hot Tea:

Put the tea bag into a cup and pour boiled water.

Steep for approx. 30 seconds, dunk the tea bag, then remove it before drinking.

Hojicha tea goes well with a splash of fresh milk.

Cold / Iced Tea:

Steep tea bag in cold water approx. 3 minutes, dunk the tea bag, then remove it before drinking.
