Limited Edition| Matcha for cold water
A special matcha blend from Marukyu-Koyamen.
Thanks to the freeze-drying processing, Suzukumo does not need sifting before consumption. It is suitable for preparing both hot and cold matcha, which makes it a perfect choice for summer.
Flavour Profile: Light, crisp, and refreshing, especially when prepared cold.
Texture: Fine and silky, suitable for cold water preparation without needing sifting.
Best for: Those looking for a refreshing, summer-friendly matcha with a lighter, more delicate flavours.
* Note: It tends to settle at the bottom faster than regular matcha powder when whisked.
Instructions:
STEP 1) Put 2g, 1 teaspoon or 2 chashaku scoop) matcha powder into a suitable tea bowl.
STEP 2) Pour 60-70 ml (2-2.4 fl oz) cold or once boiled but cooled down water over the matcha powder.
STEP 3) Whisk with a chasen (tea whisk) until foamy.
STEP 4) Add some ice.
❖ Freshness is the most important thing for the enjoyment of Matcha. It is best to use up the tea within one month of opening. (Strongly recommended)
※開缶するまでは冷蔵庫等低温で保存して下さい。- Please store in a refrigerator or other low temperature location until opening.
Best to consume the matcha immediately before the particles sink to the bottom of the tea bowl.
