Taste: Iconic roasted nut flavour from Yame region, creamy, sweet umami aftertaste.
Ingredients: High quality Matcha Powder from Hoshino.
Instructions:
☕ Simple Hot Matcha (No Whisk)

Tear open matcha stick and pour into a cup

Add 2–3 tablespoons of hot water (about 70°C, not boiling)

Stir firmly with a spoon or chopsticks until smooth (make a paste first)

Add 150–180 ml hot water, stir again
-
Drink as is — clean, light, everyday matcha style
👉 This is very common at home or in offices in Japan.
❄️ Cold Matcha (Summer Style)
Perfect when it’s hot 🔆

Add matcha stick to a glass

Add a small splash of room-temp water and stir well (important to avoid clumps)

Add cold water + ice

Stir once more and enjoy

Or a little syrup if you want it softer
