The ingredients for Gyokuro ( also Matcha) are cultivated using a covered farming method where the tea fields are temporarily shielded before harvest. this suppressed growth and concentrates the tea's flavor.

Instructions:

Add 2g of green tea leaves into a teabag/teapot. In the traditional way of brewing Gyokuro, you enjoy the intensified umami and sweetness by stepping the tea with water cooled to around 50°C for about 2 minutes.
