Ao Kaede Grade A Uji Matcha produced in Kyōtanabe City, Kyoto Prefecture Made exclusively from first-flush tea leaves, all hand-picked in 2025. After processing into tencha, the leaves are stone-ground into matcha.
We recommend to enjoy as Koicha. This is a full- bodied premium matcha, excellent deep green colour and brilliant roasted nuts aroma.
Cultivars: Samidori and Asahi – both are highly regarded cultivars specifically suited for matcha production.
Taste: Full- bodied, roasted nuts aroma, very creamy, no bitter, sweet umami after taste.
